If your home has not been professionally cleaned within the last month, selecting the Deep Clean option will give your cleaning professionals the time they need to achieve the high-quality results that they are known for. Once we have performed a Deep Clean, our Standard Clean will be the perfect choice for recurring services!

If you are a homeowner, tenant, buyer, or seller in need of a professional cleaning service, our Move In/Move Out option will provide you with a thorough cleaning that will prepare the home for you or the new family! (Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our service.)

Hourly Cleaning/Special Tasks

We provide hourly cleaning for special tasks outside of the scope of our pre-packaged services. Choose as many hours as you need and simply let us know on our booking page what you would like your cleaning professionals to do. Hourly cleaning can be added to our pre-packaged services, or you may choose hourly cleaning alone for tasks such as the ones below:

  • Partial cleans (choose which rooms need to be cleaned)
  • After-event cleaning (parties, weddings, company events, etc.)
  • Organizing/De-cluttering
  • Laundry
  • Specific Deep-cleaning (specify where you want your cleaning professionals to pay special attention)

If you’re not sure how many hours you need, please select as many as you can estimate reasonably. You may then speak with your cleaning professionals on the day of service and they will determine the number of hours based on the scope of work. They may determine that you need more hours, or in some cases less. There also might be a situation where your cleaning professionals will request to change your service to hourly cleaning in the event that they feel the scope of work does not fall under the pre-packaged services or what was originally ordered. In those cases, your cleaning professionals will discuss these options with you and determine the best option for service. Once the scope of service and payment options have been arranged, we will update your order with the adjusted price. Rest assured, we will never make a change to your service without your permission. We want to provide the highest-quality cleaning possible while ensuring that our cleaning professionals are compensated fairly.

Extras

We offer many extras that you can add to our Standard service. Simply choose any of the extras below on our booking page.

  • Deep Cleaning/First Clean
    • Highly recommended for first-time cleans or homes that have not been professionally cleaned in over a month. We will pay particular attention to the bathrooms and kitchen.
  • Move In/Move Out
    • This option will prepare your home for any move in/move out inspections. Includes all extras, and also affords us the additional time needed to thoroughly clean an empty home.
  • Inside the Oven
    • Includes removing and cleaning racks and double-pane glass if applicable.
  • Inside the Fridge
    • We will empty the fridge and thoroughly clean the inside walls, drawers, shelves, and doors.
  • Inside Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets
    • Vacuum/Wipe interior cabinets and drawers. Please remove all food and other items for a proper clean. Due to OSHA regulations, we can only clean what we can reach from a two-foot step stool with adjustable tools.
  • Inside Windows
    • Clean inside glass of reachable windows.
  • Walls, Doors, & Baseboards
    • Spot-clean walls, doors, and baseboards to the best of our ability. Results vary widely depending on paint condition and integrity, as well as severity of stains/marks. If we can’t clean it off, it’s time for a new coat of paint!
  • Pets
    • We will take the extra time necessary to remove pet hair/dander from affected surfaces (does not include upholstery).
  • Garage/Patio
    • Sweep floor, remove cobwebs, wipe down & tidy well-maintained furniture. Please choose the number of patios and garages you would like us to clean on the booking page.
  • Hourly Cleaning
    • Need something special that is out of our normal scope? No problem! Simply select the number of extra hours of cleaning you need and specify the tasks to be done in the comments section of the booking page (subject to your cleaning professional’s approval).

We do not guarantee cleaning on the following items:

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Please call us immediately if something goes wrong during your appointment and we will work with your cleaning professionals to correct issue. Our cleaning professionals take pride in their work, so please let them know if something isn’t to your standards and they will make every effort to make you happy. All of our cleaning professionals are Bonded & Insured.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Our payment system is maintained by stripe.com, a trusted company operating in 25 countries around the world. Their security is second to none, and we back our site with goDaddy’s SSL certificate, ensuring that your billing information is secure from start to finish with SHA-2 and 2048-bit encryption. 

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

All of our cleaning professionals are thoroughly vetted before they ever step foot in your home. We recruit only 5-star rated teams with 2+ years of experience and verified reviews/references. All cleaning professionals:

  • are Bonded & Insured
  • must pass comprehensive background check
  • are interviewed twice (phone and face-to-face)
  • are vetted through 3 personal and 3 professional references
  • must maintain at least a 4.5/5 star rating via our customer surveys

Anyone who does not meet these expectations are released immediately.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee?

Our cleaning professionals take great care in providing exemplary service every time. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please tell us within 24 hours and our cleaning professionals will return and correct any issue they missed at no additional cost to you. If after a re-clean you are still not satisfied, we will issue a refund immediately.

What is your refund policy?

We are very proud of our cleaning professionals and their commitment to providing the highest-quality service available, so we just ask for the opportunity to make things right before offering a refund. Please notify us within 24 hours of service that you are not satisfied. Your cleaning professionals will return and correct anything they missed. If after the issues are corrected you still feel entitled to a refund, we will do so immediately without further questions.

Do you service my area?

We currently serve Bakersfield and the surrounding areas.

How much will it cost?

The cost will vary depending on the package and any extras you select. However, rest assured that we will never try to upsell you once we’ve arrived at your home. If your cleaning professionals determine that more service is needed, they will discuss this openly and honestly with you and allow you to make the decision on whether or not to proceed. We will never charge you for more than you have authorized, and you will only be charged once our service is complete.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Absolutely! Our cleaning professionals bring all supplies, products, and equipment necessary to handle any task at hand.
